We offer ongoing professional development for all members of staff, provided through regular coaching, access to Wise training, and national training such as the apprenticeship programme. As part of a highly respected Academy Trust, career progression is supported through our talent development program.
Excellent wellbeing services are available for all members of staff through SAS. This is a free and confidential service which provides timely access to the services you need. Many members of our team have benefitted and rate these services highly.
